INFO In 2018 I started collecting all the "I love you" texts and all the "I miss you" texts I have both sent and received throughout the year. The text messages are compiled, printed, and bound to form physical archives of digital love and longing. One book of I love you's and one book of I miss you's.
ALGORITHM FOR SKY AND WATER
INFO These zines contain photos I have taken curated by Apple's iPhoto Sorting Algorithm. I searched for the terms "sky" and "water" and the program selected & created a digital archive of images the program determined are of sky and water.
In this book series I experiment with the ideas of accidental digital archives, digital measurement of elements that are immeasurable, as well as the translation from physical to digital to physical.
