Hi, I'm Kate Werth, a creative director focused on building brands and products that people love and remember.

I trained as a conceptual artist, which taught me to lead with ideas before aesthetics. That instinct, combined with nearly a decade at the intersection of design, strategy, and business, shapes everything about how I work. Currently I lead creative strategy and design on the Consulting sales team at Deloitte, brought in on the firm's largest, highest-stakes opportunities to build the narratives, experiences, and brands that win.Alongside my professional work, I keep a creative practice exploring portraiture through text, technology, and the archives we leave behind.
I'm at my best when the problem is hard and the story isn't clear yet.
Great creative work is rarely a solo act. I lead with curiosity and value kindness just as much as craft.
Portfolio available upon request.
